Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns

Eternal Wisdom Shop accepts returns for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items caused by our error. Returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or incorrect sizing/color chosen by the customer are not accepted.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us at customerservice@eternalwisdomshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or error.

Approved returns will be shipped back using a prepaid return shipping label provided by Eternal Wisdom Shop. Customers do not pay for return shipping for approved returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Exchanges for size, color, or preference changes are not accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items after we receive and inspect the return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
