Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns may be requested for a variety of reasons, including sizing concerns or general dissatisfaction. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with tags and proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at customerservice@eternalwisdomshop.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund. In these cases, you will not be required to return the original item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as sale items or gift cards may not be eligible for return. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
